Best parts: the glasses, and the reference to the Founding Fathers' attitudes toward medicine not being "good enough" anymore.
This is maybe the best full-blown satirical performance by Stewart (he usually plays frustrated, bemused straight man) I've ever seen. This type of stuff is usually Colbert's jurisdiction, but it makes sense, as Colbert's personality is too well established for the note-perfect impersonation/parody Stewart does here.
